Dear Valued Guests,

If you directly booked with us on or before March 27, 2020 and you wish to cancel your booking with stay dates May 1, 2020 onward, cancellation policy applies as stated in your billing statement.

However, we are pleased to offer the following special deals that you may want to consider before cancelling your booking. (This offer is not valid if your stay date falls on our super peak season).

A. Resort website bookings - cancellation was made before arrival date.

Other direct bookings - cancellation is made at least 31 days before arrival.

1. REBOOKING

Rebook your stay until October 31, 2020 stay dates with free room upgrade to the next higher room category or free dinner** for two (2) persons per room per night.

2. CREDITS

a) Your total payment can be used for future bookings* anytime and you will also get free dinner** for two (2) persons per room per night. Any excess amount can be used as credits for incidental charges* and/or other resort services* except tours and activities offered by a third party.

OR

b) We will add 10% credit to your total payment made and you may use this for future bookings*, incidental charges* and/or other resort services* except tours and activities offered by a third party.

3. REFUND POLICY

a) Resort website bookings - refund procedure is NOT applicable to website bookings since our online booking policy is non-refundable.

b) Other direct booking - full refund*** subject to P500 cancellation fee and P500 processing fee.

*Not applicable during super peak dates

*Non-transferable to other Henann Resorts

** Free dinner is not valid on special holidays and events

***We are requesting for your patience and understanding as we are receiving a surge of requests and we only have limited workforce at this time. Rest assured that we will update you on your refund requests when offices resume after the enhanced community.

B. Other direct bookings - cancellation is made 30-8 days before arrival.

REBOOKING

Rebook your stay until October 31, 2020 stay dates with free room upgrade to the next higher room category or free dinner** for two (2) persons per room per night.

2. REFUND POLICY

Refund*** with corresponding cancellation fees:

a. 30-16 days before arrival = 50% of average one room night/room

b. 15-8 days= 60% of full room charge
